Study of Payambar and Renu tunnels in Ilam province
The 1480-metre-long Payambar tunnel is located on the Ilam-Ivan road and was built in 2009 with a width and height of 1100 and 765 cm. A 90-centimeter walkway has been built on both sides of the tunnel and drainage canals are located under it. At the beginning and end of the tunnel there are masonry lining with a thickness of approximately 80 cm.
Renu tunnel with a length of 176 meters and a width of 9 meters is located in the old axis of Ilam – porch.
